The payment flow
Once you confirm your vote amount and phone number, you'll get a prompt on your phone to enter your M-Pesa PIN. Votes are added the moment Safaricom confirms the payment.
If you cancel or the prompt times out
No money leaves your account, and no votes are added — you can simply try again.
If a payment seems stuck
Our system automatically checks back on any payment that hasn't confirmed within a few minutes, so most "stuck" transactions resolve on their own shortly after. If yours doesn't, reach out via our contact page with your M-Pesa message.
